Acting Chief Cultural Officer Earlson Matthew has emphasized the ongoing initiatives to assess both the successes and shortcomings of recent events in Dominica. Engaging various stakeholders in discussions, the goal is to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance future activities on the island. Matthew stressed the significance of addressing public concerns about the limited opportunities for feedback on events. He called for improved communication among stakeholders to facilitate better planning and organization of future activities in Dominica. Matthew highlighted that the implementation of recommendations involves openness to change, stepping out of comfort zones, and making necessary investments.
