BREAKING: Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, Diagnosed with Cancer

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and wife of Prince William, has been diagnosed with cancer, and is undergoing chemotherapy.

She has since released a video to that effect.
