Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme court says innovation & reform are necessary in seeing the court's mission through

Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme court (ECSC) Dame Janice Perreira says innovation and reform make up the mortar that connects and binds the building blocks of the justice system.

She states they are necessary tools in realizing a more fair and just society, and fulfilling the court's mission.

She says the ECSC has always remained committed to expanding and improving its processes, and roles of procedure to enhance access to justice for the people of the Eastern Caribbean.
