During The Alwin Bully Foundation Virtual Memorial Tribute, former Chief Cultural Officer Raymond Lawrence pointed out two occasions where the late cultural icon, Alwin Bully, had a noteworthy influence in the realm of arts. Lawrence underscored Bully's transformative role in theater, particularly in increasing attendance by the Dominican people in the 1970s.
