Leader of the Parliamentary Opposition, urges the citizens of Dominica to take action and address significant issues affecting their country.

Jesma Paul-Victor, the leader of the Parliamentary Opposition, called upon the citizens of Dominica who had assembled at the national assembly on Sunday at the Roseau Riverbank to steadfastly uphold their convictions. She cautioned that without a clear stance, they could be susceptible to unwarranted influences. Paul-Victor urged for decisive action to liberate Dominica from the current administration of the Dominica Labour Party (DLP), highlighting economic difficulties such as business closures and insufficient progress. Stressing the importance of rescuing Dominica, she asserted that it is the only way for the nation to progress.

Furthermore, Ms. Paul-Victor underscored the necessity for the people of Dominica to actively intervene and salvage the country from various issues. These issues include the challenges faced by farmers dealing with inadequate road infrastructure to reach their farms and instances of political victimization.
