Dominica Geothermal Power Plant Welcomes New Site Manager Amid Progress Update

A new Site Manager has been appointed on a two-year contract to supervise operations at the Dominica Geothermal Power Plant.

Fred John, the Managing Director of the DGDC Ltd , reassures the media that all project aspects are progressing according to schedule, with the team currently in the detailed engineering phase.

He outlined the two primary components yet to be completed for the Geothermal Plant, noting that agreements were signed between the government of Dominica and DOMLEC on December 5, 2023.

The new site manager is anticipated to arrive in the country this week.
